Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Competitions and Participations Officer to lead our Cairns Hockey events and participation programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sports management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to grow hockey while working with volunteers.
* Develop and deliver successful Cairns Hockey Competitions that meet the expectations of participants, spectators, and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the Cairns Hockey Strategic Plan to design and implement effective participation programs that promote hockey growth and development.
* Relevant qualification or equivalent industry experience in sports management or related field is essential.
* Proven experience in managing, communicating, and growing hockey while working with volunteers is crucial.
* Current Working with Children and National Police Check clearance is mandatory.
