Synopsis
In this role, you will work as a member of the ICT team to develop and adopt the Digital Plan Lodgement solution amongst internal and external stakeholders, while building foundational skills and knowledge in digital drafting, CAD standards and plan lodgement processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Plan Lodgment Analyst as a touchpoint within the ICT team for State and internal business queries relating to Digital Plan Lodgment (DPL), SAILIS Closures and Electronic Plan Lodgment tools and processes.
* Assisting in answering queries and providing second level support to internal stakeholders, helping to resolve technical obstacles and drafting related issues in a timely manner.
* Supporting the internal stakeholders to provide training to industry users of LSSA's suite of CAD support.
* Assisting in the development and maintenance of CAD standards for other Australian jurisdictions, gaining exposure to varying regulatory and technical requirements across the industry.
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Drafting, Engineering Design, or a related discipline.
* Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, BricsCAD, Revit, MicroSurvey, or similar).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.
* While LSP experience is not required, it would be an advantage.
* Seeking part time applicants, with potential for the role to become full time.
