RESPONSIBILTIES
As a Boutique Manager, you will be at the heart of our space, guiding every detail to create a seamless and unforgettable experience for our community. You will:
* Oversee the daily flow of the boutique with care, ensuring every interaction reflects the by charlotte standard.
* Mentor and support your team, nurturing confidence and collaboration so each member can flourish while delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence.
* Curate and manage inventory thoughtfully, maintaining a beautifully presented and organised environment.
* Shape and implement sales strategies that encourage growth and operational success.
* Oversee performance with care, offering thoughtful insights that guide and strengthen the team.
* Engage meaningfully with customers, building genuine connections and enhancing their experience.
* Address feedback with professionalism and empathy, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.
