Our Graduate Nurse Program offers a positive and supportive environment for high-calibre graduate nurses to develop clinically and professionally while gaining exposure to various clinical areas.
Benefits:
* 12 month contract with a maximum of 8 shifts per fortnight
* 2 x 6 month rotations with supernumerary time at the start of each rotation
* Paid Graduate Program Study Sessions
* Opportunity for specialty department exposure throughout the program
* Opportunity to progress into a Transition to Specialty Practice Program on completion of the Graduate Program
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
* Ability to work rotating roster inclusive of day, evening, night duty, and weekend shifts
* Customer-focused attitude and professional, responsive behaviour
* Critical thinking skills and lateral problem-solving ability
