About the Internship
In this dynamic, fast-paced internship, you'll work closely with our Head of Product, who has 20 years of industry experience & knowledge to help manage our global product range, build relationships with awesome travel suppliers, and support the rollout of new international travel campaigns. You'll be part of a small, high-energy team that loves adventure, creativity, and getting things done.
What You'll Be Doing
– Assisting with supplier communications and helping to manage relationships with tour operators and activity providers
– Updating and maintaining product listings on our website (images, pricing, descriptions, tags)
– Supporting the onboarding of new suppliers, including product uploads and contract coordination
– Helping coordinate familiarisation trips (famils) for our travel agents – think free trips and fun itineraries
– Working on exciting new outbound campaigns – helping get international travel products ready to launch
– Assisting with data entry and light reporting (e.g. sales performance, product trends, feedback tracking)
– Supporting the team with day-to-day product tasks and helping keep everything organised
Who We're Looking For
– A travel lover with a passion for youth adventure, backpacking, or cultural exploration
– Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills
– Comfortable with spreadsheets, websites, or admin systems (we'll show you the ropes)
– Great communicator – both written and verbal
– Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and keen to learn
– A marketing, tourism, business, or communications student (or recent grad)
