Sales and administration support role within our Residential Communities & Home Building team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in running display suites and homes including setup, presentation and customer interactions.
* Meet and greet customers, stakeholders and handle ongoing communication.
* Process invoices, sales advice, external agent communications and administrative tasks.
* Coordinate settlements, handover packs and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Essential Skills:
* Exposure to real estate or solid experience in admin/customer service roles.
* Ability to obtain or currently hold a Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
* Effective communication and engaging personality.
Work Arrangements:
* Full-time position - 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday (Fridays and Sundays off).
