Job Description:
This is a social work position that requires providing high-quality services to in-patients and outpatients of the hospital as required, including assessment, treatment, evaluation, and planning, managing a designated caseload. The successful applicant will be responsible for facilitating and promoting patient safety and quality of care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Applicants must have a valid working visa or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia.
* Proven skills and experience in social work, including assessment, treatment, evaluation, and planning.
* Ability to work with other professionals to support clients.
