Job Description

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a managerial sales role within luxury or hospitality, full working rights in Australia, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will lead by example, inspiring and supporting your Sales team to achieve excellence while upholding our gold standards of service.

* Lead with purpose – inspire and support your Sales team to achieve excellence
* Uphold our gold standards and policies, ensuring seamless execution of all managerial responsibilities

* Organize and lead team-building activities to support associate engagement and wellbeing


Requirements

* Previous experience in a managerial sales role within luxury or hospitality
* Full working rights in Australia
* Passionate about luxury service and hospitality excellence
* Highly motivated, agile, and driven by results in a dynamic environment
* Possess strategic thinking, refined interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
