About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will take full responsibility for managing our marketing activities. This is not a desk-only role — you will be hands-on, driving campaigns, ensuring enquiries are followed up quickly, and making sure the CRM information is accurate and reliable at all times.
You will be the key link between our sales, project, and external consultant teams. Your job is to keep the brand visible, leads flowing, and the portal performing at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution
- Create and update marketing materials including brochures, flyers, lot maps, presentations, and sales kits.
- Manage website updates (WordPress) to keep project information current and accurate.
- Plan, run, and optimise digital campaigns — Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Manage email campaigns using Mailchimp/Zoho with proper segmentation and tracking.
- Develop and post content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat).
- Ensure all marketing and advertising aligns with brand guidelines and developer approvals.
Project & Sales Support
- Support sales team with timely marketing deliverables.
- Understand sales team objectives and develop actionable marketing plans.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management and external partners.
- Liaise with in house developer team and BDMs to ensure consistency in marketing outputs.
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns for project launches and land releases.
- Manage communications and collaborations with external event partners to ensure smooth execution
Zoho CRM Management
- Maintain and manage CRM — ensure data accuracy, lead tracking, automation, and reporting.
- Monitor CRM and sales portal daily to confirm all leads and enquiries are responded to promptly.
- Enforce a standard of high responsiveness from the developer side.
- Produce weekly and monthly CRM reports on enquiries, response times, and campaign ROI.
- Continuously refine CRM workflows to improve lead management efficiency.

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years' experience in a marketing role (highly preferable within the real estate agency or property development industry).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator a plus) and/or Canva.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and campaign reporting tools.
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Copywriting skills for transparent, engaging ads, emails, and presentations.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on execution and accountability.
