**Aged Care Nursing Opportunity**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an Aged Care setting.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, focusing on their physical and emotional well-being.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal health outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess AHPRA Registration, Active Registered Nurse (RN) registration in Australia, a minimum of 3 years' full-time nursing experience, preferably with at least 3 months in aged care. Additionally, they should be willing to relocate to a regional area, hold a valid driver's license, and demonstrate strong English communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
