About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated 12D Civil Designer to join our client's team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects based in the Northern Territory, while enjoying the flexibility of working from their office in Perth.
Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be responsible for undertaking diverse engineering design tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects to meet client requirements.
You will also have the chance to work closely with senior staff, contributing to technical and project management outcomes, while providing mentorship to emerging graduates and draftspersons.
As a 12D Civil Designer, your responsibilities will include :
Conducting various engineering design tasks as part of a project team.
Ensuring project delivery aligns with client requirements.
Collaborating with colleagues and providing mentorship to junior team members.
Employing innovative design techniques and maintaining high standards.
Liaising with other engineering professionals.
Solving complex problems and thinking critically to optimize designs.
Building strong relationships both internally and externally through effective communication.
