Based in our Sydney office, this is an exciting opportunity to join Lanolips' growing team as a Brand Manager MIDDLE EAST and EUROPE. As Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the brand's growth and expansion within the Middle East and European markets. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to build brand awareness, drive sales, and strengthen Lanolips' position in these key regions.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing calendar and strategies to promote the Lanolips brand in the Middle East and European markets
* Execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and traditional advertising
* Manage POSM, trade shows, events, and other promotional activities
* Monitor and analyse market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision‑making
* Develop and manage the regional marketing budget to optimise spend and return on investment
* Stock management, forecasting and order processing with global warehouses
* Budgets, sales reporting and analysis
* Work closely with the Lanolips global marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all markets
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industries
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in international markets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision‑making
* Proficient in digital marketing and social media platforms
* Fluent in English, with additional languages (e.g. Arabic, French, German, Italian or Spanish) highly desirable
