The Opportunity Inventory Manager – Prestons, NSW We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our Prestons Retail Fulfillment Centre as part of our Retail & Consumer division. As the Inventory Manager, you will be accountable for end-to-end inventory governance, accuracy, and compliance across the Distribution Centre, ensuring stock integrity, audit readiness, and alignment with customer, financial, and regulatory requirements. As the Inventory Manager, you will: Own and maintain end‑to‑end inventory integrity across all customers, storage types, and operational areas Ensure 100% accountability of stock, both physically and systemically, at all times Establish, maintain, and enforce inventory governance frameworks, controls, and SOPs Plan, govern, and lead stocktakes, cycle counts, and ad‑hoc audits in line with customer and Toll requirements Investigate inventory variances and adjustments using documented root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventative actions Govern and validate inventory adjustments arising from reconciliations, audits, or operational findings in line with delegation and customer agreements About You To be successful for the position, you must have: Provide functional leadership over VAS and Returns operations, working in close partnership with the VAS & Returns Team Manager to ensure effective end‑to‑end execution. Demonstrated experience in inventory management within complex warehouse environment. Proven experience operating in high‑volume, automated and semi‑automated environment. Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS). Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. Strong understanding of inventory governance frameworks, audit requirements, and internal controls Why Join Toll?
