**The Opportunity**
An opportunity has become available for a **Document Controller** to join our Fleet Maintenance team on our dynamic and growing **QNGR** project. Based at the **Wulkuraka Maintenance Facility **near Ipswich, you will be reporting to the Fleet Manager and will primarily be responsible for ensuring all project documentation is stored and managed in a compliant and effective manner.
You will also be responsible for;
- Reviewing, updating and cleansing the shared drive where all project documentation is stored.
- Coordinating the updating of project documentation.
- Migrating project documentation from shared drive to Documentum.
- Creating and managing a document register.

**To be successful in the role, you will;**
- Have excellent written communication skills and experience drafting technical documents.
- Be well-organised and process driven.
- Be highly proactive and able to find information from different sources.
- Have experience using Sharepoint and ideally Documentum.
- Have demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally in Rail, Heavy Industry, Manufacturing, Construction or similar.
