What You'll Be Doing
You will provide administration and helpdesk support across site operations, including:
* Preparing timesheets, rosters, and schedules
* Recording meeting minutes and maintaining administrative records
* Data entry and report preparation using Microsoft Office and Pronto
* Assisting with company communications and noticeboard updates
* Ordering stationery and office supplies
* Supporting a busy helpdesk environment and responding to operational requests
* Processing financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and reconciliations
* Assisting with month‐end procedures and supporting documentation
* Collating invoices and documents for approval by clients and subcontractors
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a hospital, healthcare, or medical centre environment
* Strong administration and helpdesk experience
* Intermediate computer skills across Microsoft Office systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and manage pressure effectively
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
To be considered, candidates must be able to provide:
* National Police Check (NPC)
* Ability to complete a pre‐employment medical including functional assessment and drug & alcohol screening
Location & Transport
This role is based in Sth Brisbane. Public transport is strongly recommended, with buses and trains stopping directly outside the hospital. Onsite parking is not provided, and any parking costs will be at the employee's expense.
