About the role:
Work closely with two Partners, and act for local and national clients, being involved in all aspects of litigation. Your responsibilities will include:
* Advising on and managing banking litigation matters.
* Run files (with appropriate supervision and guidance).
* Maintaining direct client relationships.
* Appearing in court and draft submissions.
* Assisting with negotiations and preparing settlement/litigation documents.
The ideal candidate:
* 2+ years' experience in commercial disputes/litigation.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Practical, proactive and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* A team-focused approach and the confidence to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
