Financial Leadership Role
The ideal candidate will hold a senior financial position, responsible for delivering strategic financial insights and expert advice to the organisation's leadership.
* Provide accurate and timely financial reports, leveraging data analysis and forecasting techniques to inform business decisions.
* Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, cashflow management, and regulatory compliance across multiple business units.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance financial systems, and ensure seamless operations.
* Lead the development of key performance indicators, monitoring and reporting on financial metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements:
* CA or CPA qualification, preferably with extensive experience in senior financial roles.
* Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to manage audits, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on maintaining high levels of governance and transparency.
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in financial planning tools and software.
* In-depth knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change.
