We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Manager to join our team in our West Perth office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, analysing information, and taking on new challenges in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain effective credit control processes
* Communicate professionally with clients across a wide range of industries
* Work closely with internal teams at all levels to support business objectives
* Analyse credit information and make informed decisions
* Maintain accurate records and reports using internal systems
* Oversee a team of Accounts Receivables Officers
About You
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proven experience working in Accounts Receivables
* Comfortable working with a diverse group of internal stakeholders
* Confident dealing with a broad client base across different industries
* Well-developed analytical and organisational skills
* Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Previous experience with Abel is preferred but not essential
* Willing to learn, take initiative, and step outside your comfort zone when challenges arise
