As a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our patrons in both the bar and gaming areas. Your main duties will include serving drinks, taking food orders, assisting with gaming machines, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. You will need to have a friendly and approachable attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Operating gaming machines and providing assistance to customers
- Keeping the bar and gaming areas clean and well-maintained
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Adhering to responsible service of alcohol and gaming regulations
- Working collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
