Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Podcast Content Producer. In this role, you'll be responsible for editing long-form video podcast episodes, creating attention-grabbing clips, and managing clients to deliver top-quality content.

Responsibilities
- Content Production
- Edit long-form video podcast episodes, covering audio mastering, video editing, and removal of unwanted parts.
- Transform long-form podcast conversations into short, engaging clips to drive audience interaction across various platforms.
- Edit clips with attention to pacing, storytelling, and seamless transitions.
- Incorporate appropriate music, graphics, and sound design to enhance the content.
- Optimize clips for multiple social media formats.
- Utilize graphics, colors, and subtitles that align with the client's podcast style and subject matter.
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their content needs and preferences.
- Guide clients through the post-production process from start to finish.
- Provide expert advice on editing approaches that align with their podcast objectives and target audience.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services, such as branding, jingle creation, or content distribution.
- Deliver edited materials promptly, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Fluent in English.
- Experienced in trailer/promotional video editing, with a strong portfolio to showcase.
- 4-5+ years of experience in content creation.
- Strong understanding of podcast content and audience engagement.
- Ability to identify viral content from long-form videos.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage).
- Solid grasp of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless editing of 4K files.
