The Role Transaction execution and debt sourcing Risk reporting on ventures and transactions Finance Analysis for the wider BU Support equity transactions Produce insightful board reports Able to communicate and report writing to senior team members Able to work to given time frames and of high quality Reports and models are reviewed at frequently with improvements made where possible The Ideal Candidate Qualified with 4 years of corporate finance experience from a Big 4/ Top Ten Firm Fantastic communication skills as will be dealing with high level negotiations and high net worth individuals Needs to have strong commercial acumen and contribute to discussion and negotiations Ability to manage competing deadlines as various transactions compete for attention success and career driven individual A can't lose attitude
