We're looking for a confident, collaborative, and values-driven Distribution Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of Overhead Construction projects.

Your Experience
A background in Electrical Trades (Lineworker or Electrician), with real-world experience working safely and effectively on site.
Formal Project Management training (Certificate or Diploma) with practical experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders.
A thoughtful, inclusive approach to risk, stakeholder engagement, and vendor relationships.
Solid technical knowledge of engineering or construction, grounded in best practice and ethical leadership.
A natural mentor - you're someone who shares knowledge generously and helps others grow.
Comfortable using Microsoft suite of applications (outlook, excel, project) tools like SAP, and confident navigating the commercial and contractual landscape.
A current Australian Driver's Licence and an understanding of key legislative frameworks impacting utility work.
Proven ability delivering distribution or utility projects before - but most important is your ability to lead with clarity, compassion, and competence.
