Fixed Term Part‐Time Contract, 4 days a week, until 18 December 2026.
Role Overview
The role provides administrative support to the Kindy Uplift Team, Management Accountant and Wellbeing and Inclusion Team.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support for Kindy Uplift, including managing correspondence, email and phone enquiries.
* Maintain funding‐related documentation, registers, and workflows and perform data‐entry functions with high accuracy.
* Provide guidance and troubleshooting to Directors, Teachers and Kindy Uplift Advisors regarding Kindy Uplift.
What You'll Bring
* Significant experience in office administration tasks.
* Demonstrated high attention to detail.
* High‐level report writing and oral communication skills, with a strong customer‐service focus.
* Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office; high‐level Excel and the BI Tool advantageous.
* Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
