About the Role:
We are seeking a Head of Delivery to lead the successful execution of all projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role drives efficiency, optimises resources, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Directing the end-to-end delivery of fencing projects, ensuring strategic alignment with operational goals and resource optimisation.
* Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve efficient, on-time, and within-budget outcomes.
* Upholding quality, safety, and compliance standards across all projects, driving consistency and regulatory adherence.
* Building and strengthening client, contractor, and supplier relationships to support seamless project execution and stakeholder confidence.
* Monitoring financial performance and project profitability, implementing strategic measures to optimise returns and control costs.
* Developing and refining operational policies, procedures, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and organisational excellence.
About You:
* Proven experience in project delivery or operations management, preferably in fencing, civil, or related infrastructure industries
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
* Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
* Advanced planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to drive successful project outcomes
* In-depth knowledge of safety, quality, and security standards
* Financial management expertise, including budget oversight and delivering projects profitably
