Main Responsibilities:
* Manage a panel of brokers, developing strategic and transactional opportunities.
* Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering teams to deliver value to our stakeholders.
* Drive communication, transparency, and accountability across broker relationships and internal teams.
* Analyse competitor intelligence and develop plans to gain market advantage.
* Design and implement relationship infrastructure across relevant lines and segments.
Requirements:
* 5-7 years of industry experience in a broker-facing or strategic sales role.
* Membership of an Australian professional association equivalent to ANZIIF CIP.
* Strong knowledge of underwriting and claims processes.
* Proven ability to develop long-term business relationships and strategic plans.
