Customer Service Representative
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors at the Katherine Museum.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure all visitors have a positive experience
* Respond to inquiries, feedback, and concerns from visitors in a professional manner
* Assist in developing tours and educational programs to enhance visitor engagement
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring exhibits are well-maintained and public spaces are clean and safe
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
* Excellent organisational skills and experience coordinating programs and events
* Able to work independently and proactively address challenges
* Passion for local history, culture, and community engagement
* Familiarity with computer packages including point of sale or ticketing systems
