About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Technical Business Analysts to contribute to high-profile ICT programs in government agencies. These roles require strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation skills.
The Role
* Gather and document business and technical requirements
* Work closely with solution architects, developers, and testers to translate requirements into system functionality
* Map business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation
* Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Facilitate workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Support system integration, testing, and implementation activities
* Ensure alignment with agency standards, compliance, and security requirements
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex ICT projects (government agencies preferred)
* Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
* Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and tools
* Understanding of system integration, data migration, or modernisation projects
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering quality outcomes
