Transformation Sales Lead
This role involves selling cutting-edge transformation, data and integration solutions to top Australian enterprises.
* Lead enterprise-level sales of integration and business application solutions.
* Identify and qualify new opportunities that enable operational transformation through integrated platforms.
* Sell across our integration ecosystem: Boomi, Azure Integration Services, AWS, Mulesoft, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other middleware platforms.
* Owning the full sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification to deal closure.
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
* Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical consultants, and delivery teams to shape solutions aligned with business needs.
* Work in tandem with vendor partners to co-develop opportunities and accelerate sales cycles.
* 5+ years of tech-led enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally within integration/middleware or enterprise applications (e.g. Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Workday).
* A track record of success in complex solution sales and strategic deal execution.
* Deep understanding of business transformation, systems integration, data platforms, or middleware solutions.
* Experience engaging in long-term, consultative sales processes and navigating enterprise procurement.
* Strong existing network and ability to open doors with enterprise clients in Australia.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and executive audiences.
* A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and achievement.
* Prior experience selling into industries like manufacturing, logistics, utilities, or government is a plus.
