Your new role
As the Accounts Receivable & Sales Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting both the Finance and Sales teams. This varied position combines accounts receivable and credit management with sales administration, ensuring smooth end-to-end processes across order-to-cash and customer service functions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the accounts receivable ledger, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collections.
* Administering credit processes, including credit applications and limit reviews.
* Processing customer orders, invoices, credits, and pricing validations in the ERP system.
* Preparing sales reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation.
* Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships.
* Supporting audits, reporting cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or finance administration.
* Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and exposure to ERP systems (SAP desirable).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
