Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Production team's inbox and calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
* Oversee bookings and technical support for the AFP Conference Centre, including A/V setup, live streaming, and recording of presentations.
* Maintain the AFP Production media library, cataloguing, sourcing, and managing video and photo assets.
* Respond quickly to time-sensitive operational requests and prepare content for media and internal distribution.
Requirements:
* Australian Citizenship at the time of application.
* Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain one.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and other video editing software.
* Proficiency in organising and delivering Microsoft Teams live events.
* Qualification/s in production/photography or related field.
* Experience working in a creative studio.
* Experience working with Digital Asset Management software.
