We're looking for a Performance Ads Manager with cross-channel experience to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
You'll be responsible for driving performance outcomes through structured testing, disciplined pacing, and best-practice governance across all paid accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Delivery
Manage and implement the planning, setup, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
Define account structures, targeting strategies, and budget allocations that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results, clearly communicating strategic rationale to both internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Channel Performance Management
Coordinate campaign strategies across platforms to maximise reach and efficiency.
Maintain consistency in messaging, landing-page intent, and conversion pathways, ensuring paid media complements broader marketing activity.
Performance Optimisation & Testing
Execute structured A/B testing and experimentation across all channels.
Analyse performance drivers, audience, creative, bidding, and funnel stage, and apply findings to lift conversion rates and return on ad spend.
Pacing, Tracking & Governance
Maintain weekly budget pacing across campaigns to avoid overspend or underdelivery.
Enforce UTM and naming conventions for all ads and assets to ensure accurate tracking and clean reporting.
Partner with analytics stakeholders to ensure data integrity, tag accuracy, and event tracking across GA4 and related platforms.
Conduct regular performance audits covering bid strategy, conversion tracking, and spend allocation efficiency.
Creative & Copy Collaboration
Work with design and content teams to ensure ads reflect insight-driven messaging and audience relevance.
Provide data-backed feedback to guide creative testing, message hierarchy, and call-to-action development.
Reporting & Insights
Deliver clear, actionable reports at regular intervals that link spend, results, and next-step recommendations.
Present insights that inform optimisation decisions and future strategy.
Process Ownership & Best Practice
Maintain efficient, repeatable processes for campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting.
Uphold platform best practices, governance standards, and consistent documentation across all paid media accounts.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with internal specialists, including SEO, data, and account management teams, to ensure alignment on strategy, measurement, and reporting.
Communicate performance outcomes and opportunities with clarity and accountability.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
Proven record of delivering against CPA, ROAS, and CPL targets with structured testing and disciplined pacing.
Hands-on experience with GA4, Tag Manager, and data-driven attribution.
Strong understanding of campaign taxonomy, UTM governance, and performance tracking.
Skilled in interpreting data and translating insights into creative and optimisation decisions.
Excellent communication and time-management skills within a fast-paced agency environment.
