This has been achieved through our unwavering commitment to excellence, skilled workmanship, and a “client-first” approach.As our business continues to grow and expand into new sectors, we are currently seeking Skilled Labourers to join our dedicated team!Roles & Responsibilities Include:Assist TradesmenMachine SpottingForming up and stripping formwork.Assist with setting post placement and walls.Retaining Walls - Concrete panel installation and assisting with laying dry-stack block walls.Assist with pouring concrete footings.Use of hand tools and basic machinery for digging, lifting, and transporting materials.Concrete cutting with the use of a Demo Saw.Support team members with general labour duties, including site clean-up and maintenance tasks.Installing drainage pipe (aggline) and geofabric behind walls.Bolting fence bracket attachments to posts.Always ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures.Follow instructions to help complete tasks safely and efficiently.Excavator or Skid steer tickets are a bonus.Requirements:You're an energetic and reliable team member with demonstrated experience in labouring in a civil construction environment. You have an eye for detail along with the practical skills and hands-on experience required to effectively carry out the roles and responsibilities outlined above.In addition, you will also:Hold a current Australian Driver’s LicenceWHS General Induction Certificate (White Card)Experience as a skilled labourer (Retaining Walls preferred)Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from SupervisorsStrong work ethic, willingness to learn, and positive attitudeA proactive approach and taking ownership of tasks provided is essentialCommunicate clearly and professionally with team members and site supervisorsRemuneration:Hourly rate from $33 to $38. Dependent upon relevant skills and experience.Daily travel allowance paid in line with the Building and Construction General On-site Award 2010 rate (currently $21.94 Per Day)Paid Lunch break of 30 minutes Superannuation at 11.5% SG RateOvertime available and paid in line with the award rateOpportunity to opt in to receive RDOs (once full-time employment basis has been achieved)Note: All new employees will commence on a casual basis for an initial 3-month period. A performance review will be conducted in the fourth month to discuss the opportunity for full-time employment.Hours of Operation and Location of Work:Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 6.00 pmOccasional Saturday work available 7.00 am to 4.00 pm (availability and hours will vary)Most of our work is located throughout Western Sydney.
