Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds in a neat and tidy manner, ensuring up-to-date records of chemicals used, and identifying preventative maintenance requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain plant, equipment, buildings and services to ensure they are in good working order.
* Ensure all chemicals used are recorded and compliant with safety and best practice guidelines.
* Maintain the grounds in a neat and tidy manner, including gardening and painting tasks.
* Identify and complete preventative maintenance tasks, documenting schedules as required.
* Action preventative and corrective maintenance within legal requirements, documenting in relevant registers.
Requirements:
* General hands-on maintenance skills or experience as a handyman.
* Maintenance of grounds and general painting skills, knowledge of gardening equipment an advantage.
* Experience in supervision or coordination of maintenance programs.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
