Adoption Lead (Change Management and Training) – Electronic Health Record

Join Dedalus as an Adoption Lead – EHR and shape how the Dedalus Electronic Health Record (EHR) is delivered to the first ANZ clients across the region, enabling better care.

Key Responsibilities

* Work directly with the EHR Program Director to define, operationalise and drive execution of the ANZ Dedalus EHR implementation program aligned with the ORBIS EMR offering.
* Lead Dedalus' overall strategy and planning for change management and training, including tools and artefacts for the Dedalus Implementation Methodology.
* Partner closely with Dedalus team and client team to define and execute the Super‐User training effort, and support the client in developing change‐management strategies, benefit‐realisation plans and end‐user training delivery models.
* Act as the primary advisor to client stakeholders on change‐management approaches, governance and execution models.
* Guide the client in defining roadmap, benefits‐realisation framework and success measures.
* Ensure alignment between solution design, clinical workflows and change impacts.
* Define and lead the Super‐User training strategy, including curriculum, delivery model, selection criteria and role definition.
* Partner with build and clinical teams to ensure training reflects the configured solution and agreed workflows.
* Support the client in defining training needs analysis and role‐based training requirements, training environment usage, data readiness, logistics, resourcing and scheduling.
* Coach and uplift client teams to deliver training at scale, including train‐the‐trainer approaches.
* Advise on change readiness assessments and adoption monitoring.
* Develop and maintain adoption plans integrated with overall program timelines.
* Identify and proactively manage adoption risks, dependencies and mitigations.
* Define and track adoption KPIs, including training completion, competency and early usage indicators.
* Lead adoption readiness assessments and recommend go‐live readiness from a training and change perspective, monitoring adoption during hyper‐care.

Essential Requirements

* 8–10+ years' experience in healthcare IT, digital health or large‐scale transformation programs.
* Proven experience leading change‐management and/or training for EHR/EMR implementations.
* Experience working in a vendor or consulting environment partnering with health service clients.
* Deep expertise in change‐management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) and adult learning principles.
* Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
* Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence.
* High level of autonomy, with the ability to lead workstreams end‐to‐end.
