How you will make an impact as a Domestic Assistant
You will play a vital role in providing person‐centred assistance with household tasks for each client, supporting them to maintain their well‐being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible. You will have the opportunity to build long lasting, trusted relationships with your clients and make a real difference every day.
* Provide services to the client in their home as outlined in the Care Plan, and regularly review the Care Plan to ensure you have an up‐to‐date understanding of particular client circumstances, needs and services.
* Carry out duties of general cleaning, meal preparation, un‐escorted shopping, companionship and support around the client's home.
* Monitor the client and their environment and report any issues, needs, changes or suggestions to your Client Services manager.
