About the role The proactive and experienced Executive Assistant will support the senior leadership team including the Director, Distinguished Professor and Industry Professor Treaty and Truth Telling, and will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of Jumbunna Institute - Research. About You As the Executive Assistant, you will: • Provide high-level executive support to the senior leadership team, ensuring the delivery of professional, confidential, and efficient services across a broad range of administrative functions.• Co-ordinate activities on behalf of the leadership team, including diary and email management, preparation of internal and external communications, anticipating needs, and ensuring timely and accurate support.• Prepare high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and briefing materials; manage travel arrangements and itineraries; and oversee visiting delegations.• Organise all aspects of meetings for the leadership teams and committees, including scheduling, venue coordination, agenda preparation, distribution of papers, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. Remuneration & Benefits Base Salary Range: $83,906 pa (HEW 5.1) This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary. This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a continuing basis.
