Your Role
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee every aspect of store performance, from sales and service to operations and visual merchandising.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service
- Driving sales, KPIs, and operational results
- Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
- Building strong product knowledge across the team
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including rostering and stock control

- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment
- A natural leader with strong coaching and mentoring skills
- A passion for fashion, accessories, or lifestyle products
- Someone who can work collaboratively with outside-the-box thinking

- Physically fit and able to assist with store set-ups and visual changes
