2 x HRIS Systems Specialist (Chris21 & KRONOS) | Docklands Location | Contract Roles
**Your new company**
Our client, a reputable Oil and Gas Company are seeking two HR systems specialists to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. There is an opportunity for one dedicated Kronos specialist and one Chris21 specialist. There is an opportunity for a further 6-month extension possibility beyond.
**Your new role**
As the HR Systems Chris21 specialist you will be responsible for:
- SaaS system, employee self-service, tax engine and IT security upgrades
- Day to day case management, User acceptance testing and pay run administration and processing escalations
- Configuration changes, data auditing and bulk data uploads
As the HR Systems Kronos specialist you will be responsible for:
- Handling retail user queries
- Management and resolution of defects and issues
- Implementation of legislative changes and business requests
- User acceptance testing, IT security upgrades, reporting and technical SQL data queries
- AU Payroll processing support,
- New user creation, security management, data flow/transfer management
- Day to day support case management
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Experience working with a payroll team in a supportive capacity
- Previous experience with Chris21, Kronos or PageUp will be highly desirable
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- The ability to work to tight timeframes and deadlines
