A rare and unique opportunity to join Serco Traffic Camera Services. The role requires a strong leadership capacity with the ability to manage a wide range of staff within the Operational Support team. Serco is seeking a Operations Support Coordinator to manage and develop the team of Operation Support Officers and other Administration staff.
**The Opportunity**
You will be responsible for leading and engaging a team of multidisciplinary staff to ensure that an effective and efficient service is delivered in a safe and compliant manner, in accordance with Serco policies and procedures. You will be well supported by a supportive leadership team and an engaging Operations Manager within an environment that fosters initiative, quality and compliance. Utilising your existing experience using interpersonal leadership skills, you will successfully support and improve the performance across the Operational Support team.
As a people leader, you will develop effective relationships that influence, support and lead across your stakeholders within and outside of your immediate responsibility. You will work with high-performing Serco leaders and with external stakeholders to deliver on this continually evolving service.
The role comes with a high degree of responsibility from managing the team of Operational Support staff and delivering and exceeding our KPI obligations. You will work closely with the Operations team to impact and improve the quality of Serco Traffic Camera Services.
