Our Geotechnical Engineering Programme

AGAA offers a two-year, structured programme based on best practices within the Geotechnical discipline and provides the opportunity of a permanent career. It is designed to develop your understanding of open-pit or underground mining, exploration, and the geological processes which influence geotechnical design.

The Graduate Programme is underpinned by a tailored competency framework that matches your career interests and aligns with real work and business opportunities. As a graduate, you develop your technical capability whilst also developing as a leader through professional training.

Graduates are based at one of our two Australian operations, Sunrise Dam or Tropicana Gold Mine, located in the northeastern goldfields of Western Australia. These opportunities are FIFO from Perth or Kalgoorlie, giving you the chance to support and contribute to a thriving local community.

About You

* On a path to complete or studying towards completing a tertiary qualification in the relevant discipline, due to graduate by the end of the year
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Analytical and open-minded with a creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving
* A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
* Australian working rights
* A valid Australian manual driver's license
