Internal Recruiter
The Role
We're looking for a driven Internal Recruiter to join our HR team at RSEA Safety. You'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, partnering closely with leaders to attract and secure top talent across office, sales, finance, retail, logistics, and leadership roles. Operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, you'll play a key role in shaping our workforce while reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer as part of the broader HR team.

As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR team and play a key role in our talent acquisition efforts.
RSEA Safety is a fast-growing and leading independent, omni-channel player in the safety market with approximately 1000 employees. Established in 2000, RSEA Safety has a national footprint of over 100 locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen, and manage candidate applications, coordinating interviews and providing timely communication to candidates and hiring teams.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering exceptional service and influencing recruitment decisions.
* Conduct proactive talent sourcing and develop candidate pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn and other social channels.
* Promote RSEA Safety's employer brand to attract top talent.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling job descriptions and postings that draw high-quality candidates.
* Provide coaching, guidance, and creative solutions for complex recruitment challenges.
* Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
* Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
* Assist and support the broader HR team as needed.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions (office, sales, finance, retail, logistics, leadership).
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive and creative problem-solving skills, particularly in talent acquisition challenges.
* Proactive problem-solving and stakeholder management.
* Skilled in sourcing candidates via social media and recruitment platforms.
* Ability to deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of different business functions.
* Demonstrated ability to coach managers and provide recruitment guidance.
