Employment Lawyer/Associate
Our employment law team is seeking an experienced associate to join our practice. You will work closely with our senior lawyers on complex and challenging matters, including employment relationships and contracts, industrial relations and disputes, workplace policies and procedures, employment litigation, equal opportunity, discrimination and harassment, and workplace safety and training.
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated individual with 2-5 years' experience in employment law, industrial relations or work health and safety. You will work in a collaborative environment and be responsible for managing a diverse range of tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advice and assistance to clients on employment law matters
* Manage and conduct investigations into workplace incidents and issues
* Represent clients in court and other dispute resolution forums
* Develop and implement workplace policies and procedures
