We're on the lookout for a full-time Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team at our Chambers Pines Lifestyle site.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming — ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well-maintained environment every day.

In this Role, You'll
Maintain all garden areas through pruning, weeding, fertilising, replanting, mulching, hedging, mowing and edging.
Keep grounds clean and safe by clearing debris, collecting bins, spraying for weeds/pests, and maintaining pool areas (if applicable).
Carry out general repairs and maintenance, including tools, equipment, lighting, fixtures, fencing, BBQs and basic painting.
Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests, provide feedback on contractor work, and escalate issues to trades when needed.
Support site presentation and security by reporting damage or incidents and accurately logging all maintenance and repair activities.

You bring grounds and maintenance experience, understand site and safety procedures, and have practical knowledge of chemicals, equipment, and pool or site‑specific systems.
Hold a current "C" class driver license
You're someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
