About the Job

Strata Management Assistant sought after to provide administrative support to a team of Strata Managers.


Key Responsibilities

* Assist with work orders, quotes, breach notices, insurance claims, and actioning minutes
* Data entry, accounts queries, receipting, EOD, insurance compliance, levies, and other administrative tasks


Requirements

* Understanding of Strata basics and accounting principles
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
