Emirates Leisure Retail Australia New Zealand (ELRANZ) operates over 30 venues across 6 Airports in the region. These include the fresh and vibrant 100 Miles (ADL), the Italian inspired pasta bar Gusto (MEL & SYD) and our own café brand BARista (PER & SYD). ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant teams at Wolfgang Puck and Heineken House, located within Sydney International Airport.
With multiple positions available, we offer a variety of shifts based off availability. Roles range from experienced bartenders with cocktail skills to entry-level food runners; full training will be provided to support your success.
The ideal candidates will have a genuine passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Shifts are offered on a 7-day rotating roster, including early mornings and evenings.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We value most a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn — the right person can be trained. However, the following skills and experience are desirable:
* Previous bar or cocktail experience (for bartender roles)
* Hospitality experience an advantage, but not essential
* A passion for great guest service
* Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
* Food Handlers Certificate (can be obtained upon commencement)
* Reliability, energy, and the ability to work well in a team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide friendly, professional service to our valued guests
* Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails (training provided)
* Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently
* Assist in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
* Follow all ELRA policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements
