Your Role
To represent Medacta in all product portfolios across joints, sports medicine and spine. Assists within the marketing team to provide support in areas of product management, market analysis, medical education, staff training, event organisation and other areas as required.
Your Responsibilities
* Coordinate Australian reference centre visits, supporting surgeon education on Medacta products and surgical techniques.
* Arrange travel logistics for surgeons attending events, international reference centres, cadaveric labs and intensive education programs.
* Coordinate required specimen scanning with laboratories and manage the associated digital files for surgical planning.
* Manage the shipment of demonstration instruments, implants and equipment to and from cadaveric laboratories.
* Maintain inventory of cadaveric demonstration instruments and equipment, ensuring availability, functionality and appropriate stock levels.
About You
* Comfortable working in environments involving cadaveric specimens.
* At least two years' experience in an administrative or coordination role. A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Nursing, Marketing, Communications, or Advertising is desirable but not essential.
* Strong organisational capability, supported by proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to prepare clear, professional presentations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multitask effectively.
* High attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and strong interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
