Lifestyle Communities is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Management Couple to join our community at Brookfield. As a full-time live-in role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our thriving community. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our valued Homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns
- Collaborating with the wider Lifestyle Communities experience team to implement strategies that enhance the homeowner experience
- Overseeing the smooth running of the community, ensuring all amenities and services are provided to a high standard
- Organising and facilitating social activities and events to foster a vibrant community atmosphere
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on the community's performance
- Ensuring the community adheres to all relevant health, safety, and compliance regulations
Qualifications
- A couple with proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality, tourism, or independent living industry
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our homeowners
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
- A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older adults and a commitment to promoting an active, inclusive community
