About the Role:
As a PBS Practitioner at ORS, you will:
* Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDIS
* Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
* Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs)
* Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and allied health professionals
* Work autonomously while being supported by a national team of Senior Practitioners and Clinical Leaders
* Receive supervision aligned to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
What We're Looking For:
* Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Core or Proficient PBS Practitioner
* Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related discipline
* Strong knowledge of contemporary PBS frameworks and FBA methodologies
* Excellent written communication and report writing skills
* Passion for working with individuals with disability and a commitment to human rights-based, person-centred support
