To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 5 or equivalent
* Food Safety Supervisor certificate is highly desirable
* Proven experience in buffet and bulk food production service
* Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster
