About the role
* Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of complex ICT and technology agreements
* Advise on major technology sourcing, procurement and outsourcing arrangements
* Act as a key legal adviser on digital transformation and technology‐driven business initiatives
* Provide strategic guidance on digital law issues including privacy, cybersecurity, AI governance and intellectual property
* Work closely with commercial, procurement and executive stakeholders on business‐critical technology projects
* Play a senior role within a growing, high‐performing ICT & Digital Law team
The ideal candidate
* 5‐10 years' PQE gained within a reputable technology or in‐house practice
* Strong experience drafting and negotiating technology, ICT and outsourcing agreements
* Excellent commercial judgement with a practical, solutions‐focused approach
* Solid understanding of technology ecosystems and digital business models
* In‐house technology lawyers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
* Confident communicator comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders
